Devices:
Pilot Light 10 / 6
A continuous gout of flame that continues as long as the trigger is depressed, creating a cone of 15′×15′×15′ (1/2 height on level surfaces). The heavily reduced range is because of a limiter built into the nozzle, creating a feedback-return loop that doubles output force as an effect of the stifled output. This same limiter has a switch close to the trigger to switch back to the normal 60′×60′×60′ cone.
-Flares 5 (ranged multiattack, dazzle)
An instant fireball capable of rapid-fire.
-Decompression 5 (fades {mechanism unwinds over hour}, deflect[reflect], simultaneous fire nullify)
Sudden blast of mist/gas from the fuel source, rendered to be anti-flammatory, capable of redirecting projectiles and most attacks. The mist is capable of putting out conventional fires. The mechanism cannot sustain prolonged use and must “unwind” after a certain point.
-S.H.I.E.L.D Remote shutoff failsafe

Personal Teleporter 12 (change velocity, limited: not if 1/2 of body is wet)
A device built into the flame symbol on the shoulder of the costume, designed to activate by purposeful touch, with a teleport location dictated by the view of the mask’s “eyes”. There are 2 “locked” locations to go back to base and home. Any teleportation that goes over 25’ is marked by an illusion of a body-size fire swirl on teleporting out.
-S.H.I.E.L.D Remote shutoff failsafe

Steamhammer 7 / {11 and +4 movement}(when steam-propelled)
A mechanized sledgehammer fed by pipes from the rest of her equipment. Steam constantly builds up until it reaches capacity at random intervals and is released through jets out the back of the hammer as a mandatory safety feature. Because of how the hammer is wielded, this jet release can increase swing force and propel the user. (This random steam release is enough to push the user regardless of if the hammer is in use (-2)).
-S.H.I.E.L.D Remote shutoff failsafe

Combat Treated 5
-S.H.I.E.L.D Remote shutoff failsafe

Bio:
  • Father was Bruce Mitchells, explosives technician forced into retirement because of severe, irreversible burn damage. (To public knowledge, this was due to a freak accident as a fireworks engineer).
    • More than a surface background search will show that Bruce Mitchells was convicted as a regular henchman for various villains and groups and it’s suspect that his sudden retirement may be connected his work for one of them.
  • Has taken up arms in recent years against villains for abandoning her father when he was working for them, more than likely leading to his current condition. (It’s little known knowledge that the last employer her father had was a fire-based villain.)
  • Gadgets, other devices, and (from as far back as her childhood) magic are of particular interest to her, almost to the point of obsession if they can be re-purposed into her own array of equipment.
